PUTSCH® Sugar Bulk-loading Systems

Transport volume may vary. There are several ways to load the vehicles:

  • The vehicle stops and the driver loads his vehicle with our special movable scroll-filling machine. The driver is able to move the loading trunk into the desired position using a service control mechanism and can thus load his vehicle easily. This is particularly advantatgeous when maneuvering in confined spaces.
  • Or the driver has to advance his vehicle step by step in order to reach the next chamber with the loading equipment. (This tends to waste time and requires a larger space to maneuver.)
  • Or the vehicle is attached to a pilot car were the driver can move the pilot car with a control unit to the next chamber to be filled with the loading trunk (space requirements and technical effort are extensive).

Machine description:

  • Two independently moving scrolls, connected by two special ball jointscan be positioned on every point of the path with the loading trunk which is fastened to the lead track. With this special method, loading can take place at any point of the vehicle. The vehicle driver operates from a simple operating platform. Noticeable is the small amount of space required for this equipment.
